Spring is here! That means it’s grilling season. I love being outside, and in Illinois it’s a privilege to have that just-right weather where you can spend all evening outdoors and enjoy a nice meal.
I love grilling recipes because they always seem to be the easiest to prepare. And this grilled honey garlic pork chop recipe is no different. There’s only six ingredients and these chops only take about 10 minutes on the grill. So easy!
Grilled Honey Garlic Pork Chops
- 1.5 lbs pork chops
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt and pepper
In a medium bowl, stir together ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside.
Lightly season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Brush each chop with the sauce mixture.
Grill on medium high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, brushing on more sauce as it cooks. (internal temp should be 145 degrees)
