I love this meatball casserole recipe and my kids can’t get enough of it either. This is a nice change of pace from the other pasta casserole dishes because the meatballs give it a little something special.
Plus it doesn’t get any easier than mixing everything together in a casserole dish and popping it in the oven! Play around with the pasta sauce you choose to use. Maybe even try an Alfredo sauce? I haven’t tried that yet but I bet it would be yummy!
Toss some pepperoni in? YES! Throw some spinach in to trick your kids in to eating vegetables? YES! You can do a ton with this super simple recipe! Just don’t forget to thaw your meatballs ahead of time.
